Cookies in a Can
Bring the magic of Bom Bom cookies to your kitchen
With Bom Bom Cookies in a Can, you are just a few steps away from our famous Classic Chocolate Chip cookies straight from your own oven.

What you need
- 1 x Bom Bom Cookies in a Can
- 60g unsalted butter
- 1 medium egg
- 1 baking sheet
- A mixing bowl
- A spatula
- An oven
- A freezer
Method
- Empty the dry ingredients from your can into a mixing bowl.
- Add 60g of slightly softened butter (soft to the touch, but not warm)
- Whip the butter and dry ingredients together using a spatula until a crumbly mix is formed.
- Add 1 medium egg and bring the mixture together using your spatula.
- Form 100g portions, using your hands, into upright dough balls of around 6cm in height.
- For best results, freeze for at least 2 hours before baking.
- Before baking, pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (fan assisted).
- Remove your dough balls from the freezer and arrange spaced out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake until golden brown (usually around 8-12 minutes).
Top tip
If you want to customise your cookies, you could add a spoonful of filling around which you form your dough balls before freezing. Think Nutella or Biscoff spread!
