Our soft play party facility is located at Loughborough Leisure Centre on Browns Lane (LE11 3HE). Parking is available for £0.50 for 2 hours when selecting ‘Leisure Centre Users’ on the payment machine or by buying a ticket from reception. You can pay for more than 2 hours at reception (card only).

By booking a Bom Bom party you will have access to the on-site soft play, and be able to utilise the Bom Bom cafe area in front of the soft play for party set-up, any food arrangements, and to host parents and carers.

The soft play facility has a maximum capacity of 27 children (this cannot be relaxed due to health and safety regulations), up to a maximum age of 12 years old. The Bom Bom cafe will be fully open to the party and the public from Monday to Saturday, but not open on Sundays, which means we cannot provide food for Sunday bookings. You are welcome to bring your own food for a Sunday party. 

We offer a range of time slots across the week as follows:

• Monday to Friday: 4.00pm to 6.00pm
• Saturday: 10.00am to 12.00pm or 1.00pm to 3.00pm
• Sunday: 10.00am to 12.00pm or 1.00pm to 3.00pm

Each time slot includes 1 hour 45 minutes of party time, with 15 minutes clean down at the end.

For Sunday parties, bookers must perform their own clean down according to instructions sent by email.

We offer two soft play rental options:

1. Exclusive booking
2. 2024 reduced rate: £150
3. 2025 rate: £200

1. Non-Exclusive booking
2. 2024 reduced rate: £120
3. 2025 rate: £150

• Non-exclusive use of the Soft Play area
• Maximum number of children is 20
• Public users will be able to book a slot at the same time up to a maximum total capacity of 27 children (party + public)

Note: Food must be booked with Bom Bom in order to book a Saturday party slot.

When booking a Monday to Friday slot you may also choose to book food with Bom Bom (though it is not mandatory), or to bring your own food. There is no possibility of booking Bom Bom food for a Sunday slot (as the cafe is closed on Sundays), and you are welcome to bring your own food.

We offer a hot or cold menu kids box as a food provision which includes:

Hot menu option:

• Hash brown (hot)
• Half piece of cheesy toast (hot)
• 1 x mini brownie
• 1 x mini cookie
• 1 x red or orange squash
• 1 x colouring sheet

Cold menu option:

• 4 x triangle sandwich - 2 slices of bread (jam, ham, ham and cheese, cheese only)
• 1 x mini brownie
• 1 x mini cookie
• 1 x red or orange squash
• 1 x colouring sheet

2024 reduced rates:

The charge for ordering Bom Bom food starts at a minimum of £75 which covers food for 15 children, with each additional child being charged at £5 per head thereafter.

2025 rates:

The charge for ordering Bom Bom food starts at a minimum of £105 which covers food for 15 children, with each additional child being charged at £7 per head thereafter.

Also note, our cafe is open with a full menu from Monday to Saturday for the purchase of additional provisions (coffee, toasted sandwiches, cakes etc.), should you or your guests wish to use this facility. If you would like to arrange a tab so that your guests do not need to pay for their items, then please let us know and this can be arranged and invoiced at the end.

We can provide special celebration treat as follows:

• Giant classic cookie with custom message plaque (feeds 5-10): £22

Whilst we do not currently provide celebration cakes, please enquire if you would like something extra such as a tray of brownies, rocky road or bulk load of cookies and we will include this in your quotation.

Payment
Once availability for the date you require has been confirmed, we will send an invoice for the booking fee for the soft play. Payment of this fee will secure your booking.

If food is also required, we will await confirmation of numbers and provide an invoice for the food only at a later date.

When booking food, the remaining balance for the food provision (together with any dietary requirement information) must be paid at least 5 days prior to the party, when the final attendee numbers must be confirmed.

Booking Priority

In the interests of fairness, if payment is not received within 48 h (2 days) of being offered a particular date then we will consider that you do not want to go ahead with the booking, and will make the date available to others once again. If the 48 hours has passed, please contact us again to check if the date is still available before making payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally plans change and you may need to cancel your booking. A full refund of the hire fee will be issued up to 21 days prior to your party. Because we will be unable to re-book the slot in such a short time span, if you need to cancel within 21 days of the event date, we will be unable to issue a refund.
